Pound unchanged as BoE leaves interest rate unchanged

The pound trades just above 1.30 versus the dollar as the BoE left the key interest rate unchanged at 0.75%.

The 9 members of the committee voted unanimously in favor of keeping the rate as well as maintaining the Asset purchase program at the same level.
